Stand Up Comedy is coming to Burghfield. Mates Rates Comedy is proud to present Comedy at The 6 Bells with headliner Andy Gleeks.
Mates Rates Comedy has teamed up with The 6 Bells to bring you the best acts from the UK comedy scene.
We will have TV names, up and coming circuit comics and as always, you will be guided along by our trusty MC Carl Richard.
The show takes place in a heated marquee at The Six Bells, Burghfield on Saturday 9 December between 7:30pm-9:30pm (doors open 7:00pm).

Andy Gleeks
Andy Gleeks has a club set high on “really strong gags that always go down well with everyone” (Catford Comedy Club), gags which focus on his past and present lives in Northern Ireland and England. His conversational and anecdotal style is warm, engaging and naturally funny in its self deprecation. Andy enjoys flitting seamlessly between topical and observational comedy and has a real facility for language. Andy works on a variety of bills and is an act who all audiences respond to due to his relaxed style, confident delivery, his quick wit, his ‘great turn of phrase’ and ‘good comedy mind’ (Glee Club).

Greg Winfield
Greg Winfield mixes densely packed punchlines with lighting fast interactions with the audience. Gleefully uncompromising, yet undeniably likeable he creates an utterly unique and hilarious experience for the crowd. Greg has supported the likes of Russell Howard, Nish Kumar, Jon Richardson, Fern Brady, and Paul McCaffrey to name a few and has written for BBC’s ‘Mock the Week’ and Comedy Central’s ‘Roast Battle’. Greg’s regularly released online content and his crowdwork and sketches have over 14 million views on TikTok.

Nicole Harris
Nicole is like the Kinder Egg of comedians. You don’t know quite what you’ll get but it will definitely be a great surprise. She was the first woman to win Jewish Comedian of the Year and went on to be a finalist in the New Act of The Year Showcase in 2019 performing at The Hackney Empire. In the same year she was selected to host the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe AAA Stand Up Late Show at the Gilded Balloon.
Known for her quick wit, ability to think on her feet and quirky comedy style, Nicole is a one off original. She’s a bit naughty, a bit risque, but not one bit forgettable! Nicole performed her first solo show at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2021 and then in 2022 to rave reviews and regularly hosts comedy shows up and down the country.
